Important Disclosures

Effective January 1, 2026

Transparency is core to how we operate. Please review these disclosures carefully before using PREESH services.

01 Company Information

PREESH is a service operated by PREESH FINANCIAL LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. All references to "PREESH," "Company," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this website and in all related agreements refer to PREESH FINANCIAL LLC doing business as PREESH.

Registered Address: PREESH FINANCIAL LLC, 732 S 6th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101-6948

02 Nature of Services

PREESH offers a Property Appreciation Option Agreement that allows qualifying homeowners to receive upfront capital in exchange for a share of future appreciation in their home's value. This is not a loan, line of credit, reverse mortgage, or any other form of debt financing. There are no monthly payments, no interest charges, and no prepayment penalties.

You remain the legal homeowner and continue living in your home throughout the term of the agreement. PREESH does not acquire ownership interest in your property. The agreement involves a contractual right to a percentage of the home's future appreciation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual agreement.

Funding timelines referenced on our website (such as "2 Day Funding" or "24–48 hrs") are estimates only. Actual timelines vary based on eligibility verification, documentation, property assessment, and other factors. PREESH does not guarantee any specific funding timeline.

03 Not a Lender Disclosure

Important: PREESH FINANCIAL LLC is not a lender, bank, or financial institution. We do not offer loans, mortgages, lines of credit, interest-bearing products, or any form of debt. All PREESH products are equity-based homeowner option agreements, not lending products. PREESH is not regulated as a lender, and the protections afforded to borrowers under federal and state lending laws may not apply to our agreements.

04 Eligibility & Approval

All PREESH services are subject to eligibility requirements and approval. To be considered for a Property Appreciation Option Agreement, you must be at least 18 years of age, own a qualifying residential property in the United States, provide accurate and truthful information during the application process, and meet additional underwriting criteria as determined by PREESH.

Pre-qualification does not guarantee approval or funding. The pre-qualification process does not involve a hard credit inquiry. However, additional verification steps during the approval process may require documentation of property ownership, mortgage status, identity, and other relevant information.

PREESH reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion. Amounts offered, terms, and share percentages may vary based on property characteristics, location, market conditions, equity position, and other factors.

05 Property & Valuation

Property valuations used for PREESH agreements are based on third-party automated valuation models (AVMs), comparable market analyses, and/or independent appraisals. These valuations are estimates and may not reflect the actual sale price of your home. PREESH is not responsible for differences between estimated and actual property values.

The equity calculator and estimates provided on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer. Actual available amounts are determined through the full application and underwriting process and may differ materially from online estimates.

06 Risk Factors

Before entering into a Property Appreciation Option Agreement, you should carefully consider the following risk factors:

Property Value Risk

PREESH makes no guarantees regarding future property values. Real estate values can fluctuate due to market conditions, economic factors, natural disasters, changes in the neighborhood, or other circumstances beyond anyone's control. A decline in property value does not eliminate your obligations under the agreement.

Long-Term Financial Impact

Sharing a portion of your home's future appreciation may reduce the equity available to you at the time of sale, refinance, or settlement. You should carefully evaluate how a PREESH agreement could affect your long-term financial position, ability to refinance, or proceeds from a future home sale.

Settlement Obligations

Your agreement will have defined settlement terms and triggers. Failure to meet settlement obligations may result in additional costs or legal action. Please review your individual agreement in full before signing.

07 Fees & Costs

There are no monthly payments, interest charges, or prepayment penalties associated with PREESH agreements. However, certain fees may apply during the origination and settlement process, including but not limited to processing fees, appraisal or valuation fees, title search and recording fees, and document preparation fees.

Early Termination Charge

If you breach or terminate your Agreement within the first year and do not cure the breach within the applicable cure period, you will owe an Early Termination Charge. The amount of this charge is specified in the Fixed Appreciation Payment Addendum (FAPA) corresponding to the state where the Property is located. Please review your FAPA carefully before signing to understand the specific Early Termination Charge that may apply to your agreement.

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed in your agreement documents prior to signing. PREESH does not charge hidden fees. If you have questions about any fees, please contact us before executing your agreement.

08 Settlement & Repayment

The PREESH share of appreciation is typically settled upon the sale of the property, refinancing, or at the end of the agreement term, whichever occurs first. Settlement terms, including the duration of the agreement and the applicable appreciation share percentage, are specified in your individual agreement.

You may have the option to buy out the PREESH share prior to the end of the agreement term. Early settlement terms, if available, will be outlined in your agreement. PREESH does not charge prepayment penalties, but the buyout amount will be based on the property's appraised value at the time of settlement.
